Complete replacement of the existing cladding system on an occupied residential block, installed to the manufacturer specification, with render and insulation to the remaining elevations. Access by scaffold and MEWP, with the building in use throughout.

Facade replacement and rendering across a large residential development, working to the main contractor programme while the building stayed occupied.
